- As a Partner
/ Owner and CAO of world-class fee-for-service Consulting Engineering
and Energy Performance Contracting businesses, diversified,
transformed and provided the infrastructure to grow the
business from several million to over $30 million in revenues, as well
as managing the sale of the business to a global energy services
provider. Business was selected in 1996 and 1997 as one of
Canada’s 100 most profitable companies.
- Facilitated in-depth strategic planning that fueled the
business
transformation from consulting engineering to broad based energy and
infrastructure services. Working with other owners to reposition and
create a market niche, and operationalize strategies, the
business was selected as one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Private
Companies in 1995, 96 and 97. Continued with new owners to
